Supporting towns, cities and communities to reduce litter and improve recycling.

From tackling littering at community kickabouts, encouraging binning across the UK’s highways, byways and beaches, to city-wide collaborations, we’ve spent a lot of time talking trash at Hubbub . 

And now we’re sharing all the best bits to help more local authorities and communities tackle litter and improve recycling.

How to use the site?

With gathered (b)inspiration, (b)information and free campaign resources split into into two sections:

• Tackle litter with our Neat Streets toolkit.

• Improve recycling on-the-go with our #InTheLoop toolkit.

We also have:

• Campaign resources: free, tried-and-tested campaign resources to tackle litter and recycling in different settings.

• Grant funds: apply for funding to tackle littering and boost recycling. We currently have 5 x £10,000 grants to support local authorities to replicate one of our campaigns. Deadline: Now extended to 20th September 2024.
